1 TWO-HOUR SESSION + REPORT $1650

SESSION INCLUDES: 

• Discussion of your completed questionnaire and goals 
• A tour and onsite discussion of the premises inside + out 
• Assessment of property and compass reading 
• Detailed written report of interior and exterior remedies and enhancements *delivered by email up to 3 weeks after the in person visit. 

BEFORE THE CONSULTATION, PLEASE PROVIDE:  

• A floor plan drawn to scale including doors and windows 
• The year the building was constructed 
• A completed questionnaire 

I will complete a thorough review of your floorplan, completed questionnaire, and compass reading before the consultation. 

1 TWO-HOUR SESSION $850

SESSION INCUDES:

• A tour of the premises and compass reading 
• Discussion of best locations for water features, stonework, wind chimes, art/sculpture, and specific colors/shapes/sizes of plantings to enhance the energy of the property
• Detailed written report of the exterior remedies and enhancements *delivered by email up to 3 weeks after the in person visit

BEFORE THE CONSULTATION, PLEASE PROVIDE:  

• A completed questionnaire  
• A site plan of the property including the location and size of existing structures 

I will complete a thorough review of your property card, completed questionnaire and compass reading before the consultation.  

1 TWO HOUR SESSION $495

SESSION INCLUDES: 

• Review of previously identified remedies and enhancements 
• Discussion of which remedies and enhancements will be the session focus 
• Hands-on implementation: work together in an interactive, dynamic manner and see the results at the end of the session

BEFORE THE CONSULTATION, PLEASE PROVIDE:  

• A floor plan drawn to scale including doors and windows (if anything has changed since your initial consultation) 
• A completed questionnaire (if there are any updates since your initial consultation)

 I will complete a thorough review of your floorplan, completed questionnaire, compass reading and the previously identified recommended remedies and enhancements before the consultation. 

1 TWO-HOUR SESSION $650

SESSION INCLUDES:  

• Review of pre-construction plans and drawings 
• Recommendations of room location based on completed questionnaire, compass reading, and property and building constraints

BEFORE THE CONSULTATION, PLEASE PROVIDE:  

• Any current drawings or blueprints  
• A completed questionnaire 

 I will complete a thorough review of any drawings or blueprints, your completed questionnaire, and compass reading before the consultation.
